Some baby steps I am taking are:
trying that new slimquick
adding whole grain triscuit's instead of chips or pretzels

and taking the activia challenge

adding more veggies & fruits to my diet
walking Buck more
eating breakfast everyday
doing my workout DVD 3 mornings a week
