My mission statement~

I intend on "trying" to live a life that is about: not putting in my mouth things that are bad for me or have come from an animal that was treated cruely while alive on this earth and during slaughter, creating lasting fond memories for my children and grandchildren, adventure, challenging myself, respect others regardless of species, race, color or creed, taking risks, having fun, being grateful, respecting myself & my body, being authentically myself, taking responsibility for my actions, being proactive, being a problem solver, taking action, introspection, transition, change, honesty, growth, loving & helping others, having integrity, doing my best, being easy on myself, enjoying this world, becoming well read, seeing the wonder of it all and never allowing fear to hold me back!

ABC Wednesday~

Sorry, I just figured out that it is supposed to be the letter "O". I want to keep this now that I have done it. Can you forgive me ABCer's???? I must have missed last week's M and remembered doing N and planned this out in my head on the way home from Chicago, but then once I went to put my blog on the ABC site, I realized it was O but didn't want to give up my M;)
OMG! News flash! I can't say my ABC'S. And my memory is going. I did N last week and O follows N. And was thinkin M after N. Is that stress?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
M is for:
Megan
Marrakech
Morocco
In honor of my Megs (My first born) who is leaving for Africa November 5th.
This pic will creep out a lot of my bloggy friends:):):):) Click on image to really see the snakes. Her and Jonathan were in Marrackech, Morocco! There are 4 snakes visable in this photo. Can you see them all? Megs is holding one.

: ) Of course you can post any letter you want! Quince is my 40 year old co worker who had a stroke. He is paralyzed on his right side and can not speak or move. He has 3 children and 1 wife and the family is very discouraged. If you could keep them in your prayers, I would appreciate it! Thanks and God bless!

I see three legless snakes and one two legged one. Is that right?

I don't do snakes, but they don't creep me out unless they are lost in my house? M

Megs is either VERY brave or VERY crazy! Yikes! I am totally creeped out but how cool for her to have these experiences while she is young and will be able to enjoy these memories for most of her lifetime.

As many snakes that are around here, a few more in a picture ain't bad.lol...
Your Megs is a beautiful young woman, inside and out, from what I have read on your blog. Good luck to her and her husband in all they are doing.
Have a great day.

It's a lovely post, even if it's two weeks late! Maybe you'll manage "P" next week ;)

I can't express in words how much I hate snakes!! But I am with Binders--cool that she is able to have these neat experiences now. And as M said--is it 3 no legged and 1 --2 legged??

Hi Heidi! Thanks for your comment... and I see four snakes... one up in defensive mode, Meg holding one, the man holding one and one on the carpet, next to the first one! Yea, I am generally okay with snakes, but not a dangerous kind!

Still without a computer...so, not able to be on much at all. Miss it, and miss all of you!

Take care, and hugs to your Meg and her new husband going off to Africa. I will put them in our prayer book!

Hugs to you too!

I really don't want to be anywhere near snakes. She was brave and I'm sure her trip will be wonderful.

Very cool. Megs looks so comfortable with those snakes...I would be heading the other direction if they got to close to me.

It looks like your daughter doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to Adventure!

I only see 3 snakes but the Cobra is the one that would freak me out the most! Yikes! No snake kisses for me either, thank you. ; )
