I came up to Oklahoma City to be with my husband and drove straight into a cold front! Oh, and I have the dogs so I have to take them outside to do their business - on a leash - one at a time! OH YAY FOR ME! lol

It's cold here, too, but has been warmer than usually lately! Getting me excited for spring! Loved this cartoon. Made me laugh. Hopefully you'll find your powercord soon so you can post pictures of your new haircut!

It is wet and windy and cold here but above freezing - nothing like you seem to have there so I shouldn't complain so shan't.

It's 37 degrees but remember, this is Atlanta. Tonight it will be 17 with a wind chill of 0. That is ZERO!
I find if you stop looking for something, it will appear right before your eyes.

I am so jealous of your weather and that of all the commentators so far... We had, gulp, -37 this morning...the feels like temp was -52!
schools were delayed a couple of hours and there were lots of vehicles that did not start.

You really don't want to know. But I'll tell you. Today was 76 and sunny. But ask me in July when it's 110 and you won't be feeling so bad about your cooler temps.

Posted this earlier today:

All the schools in our area are closed today, due to the cold. But that doesn't mean children can't learn something from it. So, if your kids are home from school, get them off the couch, away from the TV or computer and video games, and let them try a couple of these extreme cold experiments, if you also live where it's very cold this morning.

Homeschoolers, this can be your science lesson for the day : ))

Find a couple experiments your children can try here http://booksandboys.blogspot.com
