This is an email I received from my Meggi~
A few pics...............
............which will have to do until i have time to get some albums up!
1. the man we ordered furniture from, making our furniture (shelves for our clothes; made out of palm leaves)
2. a bus. they're all painted this way. they're completely gutted out old vans/busses, painted wild colors (all look the same though). you get in and out through the back. Oh, and that is the 4-6 lane highway (depending on how wide you think a lane should be) we have to manage to run across several times a day.
3. the mats we all eat on at work. there are anywhere from 20-30 people at lunch, sharing 3 huge platters, usually some variation of rice, vegetables and fish, always with a really flavorful, and sometimes spicy, sauce
4. view from the office. may not be pretty, but it's considered a good neighborhood
love m & j
