The blue pail is the color I am painting my bedroom.
I was struggling to choose a new color for my bedroom, then I got this in the mail and instantly fell in love with shabby chic powder blue of this pail. I took it to the paint store and they matched it;)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

These guys were quick and did a super job!
Steven is his name and drywallin' is his game;)
Now it just has to stop raining so it's not humid so I can start painting;)

You have exquisite taste! I love, love, love "shabby chic". It's so soft and livable.
The cover of the magazine looks like an episode of "The Darling Buds of May". Did you ever see that British program? It was wonderful!
It's been crazy-raining here, too, and it looks like the skies will continue to dump on us for at least another day. I hope things dry out quickly so you can start laying some paint down.
I love how a room is absolutely transformed by a new coat of paint. I hope you'll share pictures when everything's done, too!

Beautiful paint color! I keep waiting until we've settled for sure to actually paint...we did a couple rooms in our current place, but I think until I have a house and a yard, I'll never really feel it's "home."
